A natural lagoon formed in the last decade, known as Laguna Kuchil Khunu or Ala Izquierda, is located in the Tuni Condoriri area, within the Juri Khota valley. This Full Day trekking offers the opportunity to explore three beautiful lagoons and enjoy the majestic mountains that will surround us throughout the journey.
It gained popularity under the name Ventanani, which is actually incorrect.

D E T A I L S
We depart around 6:00 a.m. to embark on a two-and-a-half-hour journey to Juri Khota Lagoon (4,700 m). After completing the necessary preparations, we begin a hike along the shores of this majestic lagoon. The ascent is gradual until we reach the second lagoon, Ventanani (4,900 m), also known as the Heart Lagoon. We then continue our trek along the moraine until we arrive at the Glacial Lagoon of Kuchill Khunu (Left Wing of the Condor) (5,070 m).
This hike offers an extraordinary experience amidst the mountains and is accessible to most people without difficulty. Once at the lagoon, we will have ample time to rest and take photographs next to the towering ice walls. Afterward, we begin our return along the same route until we reach the point where our vehicle awaits. We then head back to the city of La Paz, arriving at approximately 5:00 p.m.
